These terms describe use of the Plex3D website and studio, including accounts, model generation, templates and paid plans. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Creating an account is free and does not start a subscription or purchase. A paid plan or credit purchase starts only when you complete the corresponding Stripe checkout.

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not:

• Interfere with the website, introduce malware, overload its systems or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use the website to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions or extract confidential information.
• Misrepresent Plex3D artwork, branding or examples as your own work or as an endorsement of your business.

You remain responsible for material you choose to use. Make sure you have the permissions needed for photographs, designs, trademarks and images of other people.

Starting generation sends your images and prompts to the GX10 worker for processing and storage. It does not transfer ownership of your inputs or enable training on them.

When online generation becomes available, the applicable service terms will explain the permissions needed to process inputs, how outputs may be used, and any plan-specific licence before you use that service.

The Plex3D name, logo, website design, copy and showcase materials belong to Plex3D or their respective rights holders, to the extent protected by law. You may view and share links to the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation.

Displaying an example or template does not grant a licence to resell that artwork, redistribute it as a stock asset, or use third-party brands. Any separate licence supplied with an asset governs that asset.

AI-generated examples illustrate possible creative directions. They are not a guarantee that every future output will be unique, free of third-party rights, or ready for a particular game engine without review.

Creator and Pro are available with monthly or annual billing in GBP. Annual prices are charged upfront for the year. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected schedule unless cancelled before renewal. The checkout shows the total payable before you confirm payment.

Included generation credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans, and unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits carry over; an active paid plan is required to buy and use them. Generation reserves credits before starting; failed or cancelled generations return their reserved credits. Manage payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation from Usage → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid term. Contact [email protected] for payment or refund requests. Studio and Enterprise purchases are arranged through sales.

Nothing in these website terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Where early supply of digital content or a service affects a cancellation right, any legally required request or acknowledgement must be obtained separately at that time.

We may change, pause or withdraw preview features as the product develops. We aim to keep descriptions useful and accurate, but preview specifications, availability and proposed pricing may change before launch.

Review any future generated model before relying on it in production or manufacturing. Example images on this site are not engineering, safety or professional advice.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Links and references to third-party tools are provided for context. Their services, terms and privacy practices are their own. Showing a tool’s name or logo does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

We may update these website terms as the preview changes. The date above identifies this version; new production features will have their own clearly presented terms where needed.
